Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the C & B Sales Manager, you will handle all customer requests and requirements for this very busy meeting rooms space which caters for weddings, social events and business meetings.
You will respond positively to sales opportunities, and also identify new accounts and business opportunities and pass them to the sales team.
You will complete written confirmations and quotations for clients, and ensure the Delphi database is kept up to date.
This is a customer facing role - you may be involved in show rounds, and will meet and greet clients.
Carry out all administrative duties and ensure the highest levels of customer service.





Preferred Skills:

You will be an experienced Meetings and Events Co-ordinator, ideally from within a similar standalone environment.
You will have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate positively with both customers and colleagues.







Personal Attributes:

You will have a professional and friendly personality, and excellent administration skills.
You will be smartly presented, and have great communication skills
