Our client, a leading name debt recovery firm are looking for part time collections / recoveries advisors to work in their state-of-the-art call centre in Leeds.
Job Responsibilities:
As a recoveries agent, you will be:
- Dealing with Inbound and Outbound calls
- Negotiating Payment Arrangements
- Liaising with employers and other Organisations
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet targets/objectives
Personal Attributes:
- Warm and welcoming telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
Interviews are availble next week, you must be available to work 37.5 hours per week with a variety of shift rotations
