We are currently for a part time administrationm assistant to work for a large city centre based charitable organistion. This role involves providing high quality administrative support to one of the charity's projects. Working on a part time basis of 18 hours a week duties include database maintenance using Microsoft Excel, wordprocessing and directing and answering correspondence by mail and email. The role also involves reception cover as required and assisting the project manager with all other administration tasks.
