My client is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef capable of being a strong right hand person and working to the company’s very high standards whilst maintaining consistent levels of productivity. This continuously growing company are keen to add experienced chefs who can lead by example, comply with there exemplary food safety standards and be from a background of high volume.
As a Sous Chef you will need to be a team leader, a great organiser and make sure they maintain the food preparations standards that are paramount to the companies’ high standards. Enthusiasm, drive and determination are key qualities that this client requires and you will be focused on delivering the best standards. Man management skills are essential and a will to succeed is a necessity! Most of all potential candidates will need to be a motivated chef who is passionate about cooking and enjoy working with an extremely versatile menu.
