Pensions Administrator
My client is one of the largest, most trusted banking and financial service organisations in the world. They are currently recruiting a Pensions Administrator for their Bristol city office. The Life, Pensions and Investments Technical team is responsible for the administration of all Life, Pension and Trust Company products sold. The team provides support and guidance to the operation to ensure processes and procedures meet all appropriate regulatory requirements. The team’s responsibility has recently expanded to include non-life based Investments Products.
The Life, Pensions and Investments Administrator will be there to assist with the delivery of technical support and training of complex processes and technical referrals.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be required to:
Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that regulations, department procedures and service level agreements are followed.
You’ll continually work to achieve maximum customer satisfaction ensuring any queries are effectively investigated and resolved and that all guidance given is clear, accurate and concise.
You’ll work as part of a team to deliver a high level of customer service whilst following Treating Customers Fairly and Best Place to Bank principles.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Life, Pensions and Investment (Life-based and non-Life based) products, procedures and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with managers of all levels of seniority.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills and will hold, or be committed to attaining, relevant business qualifications (e.g. Certificate for Financial Advisors/ Financial Planning Certificate).
You’ll plan and prioritise you workload in order to deliver high quality work on time and you’ll support the team, recognising when assistance is needed and help colleagues to deal with challenging circumstances.
