Main Responsibilities:
Working in a sales team environment you'll be making outbound calls to qualified contact to promote the service. There will be achievable daily sales targets to work towards as well as KPI enhancers to increase bonus earning potential.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience of working in a target driven environment
Ability to learn and process complex and detailed information regarding a range of financial products
Ability to build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers
Proven ability to work on your own initiative
Professional telephone manner
Positive attitude towards development including coaching and mentoring
Desirable Criteria:
Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
Demonstrate previous success in meeting and achieving business KPIs
Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and quality standards
Working week is 39.5, Monday to Friday 11.30am to 8pm and the requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am to 2pm.
