About Our Client
On behalf of our client, a food manufacturer based in Deeside. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor , this is a temporary position offering full time hours until November 2011.
Job Duties:
• You would be responsible for taking incoming calls and processing orders to external and internal clients providing a service to customer through proactive management of orders from placement to delivery.
• Acting as a main point of contact for customers using initiative to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
• Updating of internal system to provide an accurate reflection of orders and stock positions
• Actively challenge stock shortages / short deliveries to resolve any issues to the customers satisfaction
• Produce and maintain all records and documents relation to the administration of sales and customer service activity
• You would also be advising on delivery dates, stock checks and also dealing with customer complaints.
Skills Required:
• Strong ICT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working on a B2B and B2C basis
• Experience of the manufacturing industry
