Our client is a well established national leader within their industry and growing from strength to strength on a European level. They are seeking a customer service assistant to join their existing team.
Job Responsibilities:
As a customer service assistant you will be;
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints taken from a variety of sources, including mail, phone and email.
- Managing complaints via an escalation process with local sites and regional businesses
- Working to company targets and deadlines to ensure a complaint/enquiry is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction within a set time frame
Preferred Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent keyboarding/computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
- Confident letter writing skills
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst remembering team’s objectives.
- Demonstrates a well organised and disciplined approach to work.
- Able to work on own initiative & as part of a team.
