About Our Client
Our client, based near Swindon, are currently recruiting candidates with either a strong customer service background, or a successful internal sales background. The roles will be based in their office near Swindon, which is not on a bus route, therefore own transport is essential. The roles do require weekend work (usually being available for 3 out of 4), however there will be days off in the week to compensate.
Job Responsibilities:
Dealing with customers primarily over the telephone;
Responding to sales enquiries and order queries;
Closing the sale after enquiry, and upselling where possible (sales role);
Arranging delivery for customers, and advising of lead times
Replying to emails and making follow up calls where required
Preferred Skills:
Previous successful experience in an internal customer service or sales role;
Inquisitive nature to ascertain what the customer wants;
Able to work as part of a team, whilst staying focussed on individual goals;
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs
