Description of Role:-
The role involves making calls to businesses and consumers in Sweden, taking them through various questionnaires and reporting their responses.
Skills Required:-
- Experience within a contact centre environment
- A personable and friendly nature however able to remain professional at all times
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Business to Business calling experience desirable but not essential
Person Specification:-
- You will be a highly self motivated individual
- Have a professional approach to all work carried out
- Be able to pick things up and learn quickly
Hours: Monday - Friday flexible hours due to time difference.
