We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive for a permanent position in Nottingham. You will be maintaining a high level of service to Key Customers and suppliers. You will also play a key part in processing customer orders. Experience within building, construction, builders merchants, white goods, commercial catering or maintenance roles would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a high standard of customer care to Key Accounts
- Take ownership of products and supplier ranges
- Source best possible prices
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of business-to-business supply
- Experience within service industry, i.e maintenance, building, catering etc...
- Experience dealing with suppliers
