About the Client
My client is a leading provider in financial solutions who are looking to recruit six lead generators for there flagship offices in south Manchester.
Job Responsibilities:
As a lead generator, you will be:
- Qualifying each customers financial situation before passing over to a senior advisor
- Customer Rapport building
- Working on a dialler system
Preferred Skills:
- Previous lead generation experience
- Previous outbound B2C experience
- Ability to identify and qualify leads
- Managing high outbound call volumes
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to communicate effectively
- Professional telephone manner

Woking hours of 37.5 hours per week working on shifts of Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm and 11.30am – 7.30pm
