About Our Client
Our client is a well established and leading independent legal expenses insurance provider. Due to expanding business needs they are looking to identify an experienced Claims Handler to support growth with the Chester office.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
• To collate and record client questionnaires with accuracy meeting Department and Referrer Service Level Agreements
• To establish and confirm claims details through the investigation of accident circumstances
• Investigate claim details where necessary by liaising with external sources
• Provide an accurate and efficient claims line service for referrers
