Our client seeks a customer focused Sales Coordinator for their Aylesford based company to provide customer with their first/focal contact point within the organisation in order to facilitate the buying process from enquiry to invoice.

This is an opportunity to work for an established company who are undergoing a period of growth. The role will enable the successful applicant to develop their relationship building skills whilst delivering first rate customer service to a diverse client base.

Job Responsibilities:

As their Sales Coordinator you will be tasked with the following duties:

• Answer phone enquiries for all customers (internal & external) within agreed service level agreements
• Assist with the resolution of queries by seeking or giving technical advice
• Ensure accurate data is captured and logged in a time effective manner
• Manage and develop your own personal customer relationships to ensure the business is the customers supplier of choice
• To work towards department targets & business objectives
• Maintain Compliance to Safety, Health and Environmental standards of our business
• Set up job quotes and projects on the inhouse computer system in accordance with procedures
• Proactively seek out new and additional opportunities to increase business
• Communicate and liaise with the customer on all requirements or issues

Core hours are:
Monday to Friday from 07.30 – 16.00 or 09.00 – 17.00 and 1 Saturday per month
