About Our Client

A nationally recognised utilities company based in Bradford are looking for a skilled engineer scheduler to join their thriving Service department. The company offers job stability and the chance to work for a nationally recognised business.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide a professional and effective service function for the delivery of field based engineers to corporate customers.
• Manage the scheduling of engineers to customer breakdown situations taking due regard to customers priorities and service level agreements.
• Manage the scheduling of engineers to provide maintenance to customers in agreed time-frames
• Be the focal point for breakdown situations and responding quickly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service
• Scheduling all engineers time and ensure effective utilisation at all times.
• Support all works and job administration to ensure an efficient process, including parts administration
In addition be responsible for filling engineers time and scheduling service appointments

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous scheduling experience is preferred

  • Experience liaising with business customers and monitoring contracts is essential

  • Demonstrate excellent geographical knowledge of the UK

  • Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • English and Maths at GCSE standard or equivalent



Personal Attributes:

• Able to communicate effectively at all levels and demonstrate excellent customer service knowledge
• Very organised with the ability to multitask.
• IT literate.
• Self starting with a positive attitude
