As a Customer Relations Executive you will be required to:
Sell products to existing customers while maintaining the level of compliance required
Close deals by educating the customer on the best solution for their needs
Stay up to date on the latest products and services.
Complete the application process for the customer.
As a Customer Relations Executive you will have:
A strong sales background with a proven track record of working effectively in a team.
Proven sales skills in a customer driven environment
Ideally you’ll have worked in a financial services organisation, however telesales experience and retail experience is also considered.
Highly motivated individual with exception interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and relationship management skills.
