Our client, a leading name debt recovery firm are looking for part time collections / recoveries advisors to work in their state-of-the-art call centre in Leeds.
Job Responsibilities:
As a recoveries agent, you will be:
- Dealing with Inbound and Outbound calls
- Negotiating Payment Arrangements
- Liaising with employers and other Organisations
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet targets/objectives
Personal Attributes:
- Warm and welcoming telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
Interviews are availble next week, you must be available on the 6th October to go to this interview. Hours are 20 hours per week, mornings, evenings and weekends are available Mon - Thur 5pm-9pm and saturday morning 8am - 12noon and morning shifts 8am - 12noon Mon - Friday.
