Randstad is currently working on behalf of a very successful and nationwide marketing organisation and due to recent success and growth within the company they are looking for experienced telemarketers to work within their state of the art office based on the outskirts of Leeds.
Job Responsibilities:
As a telemarketing agent, you will be:
- Booking appointments via telephone
- Providing high level of service through call follow ups
- Building rapport and developing relationships
- Sales development and cold calling
- Making courtesy calls to customers
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience of telemarketing or professional sales
- Strong PC skills and working knowledge of MS products
- Previous experience of using a database system (full training will be provided on their system)
- Solid commitment to work and development
Personal Attributes:

This vacancy is initially a 3 month temporary contract with the view to move into a permanent position after this period.
Normal working week is 37.5 hours based Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-16:30 with 1/2 hour break daily
