Our client, a household name in the UK banking industry, are seeking customer service and sales representatives to work in their contactl centre in Leicester. They offer an award-winning working environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development and career advancement
Job Responsibilities:
As a customer service advisor, you will be.
- Handling inbound calls from existing business customers
- Answering queries on their range of products and services
- Selling the benefits of new products and attempting to up-sell existing products
- Updating the customer database
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience of customer service or sales
- Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience of using a database system (full training will be provided on their system)
- English and Maths at GCSE standard or equivalent
- Due to the confidential nature of this role, successful candidates must be able to pass a credit check
Personal Attributes:
- Warm and welcoming telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must have ability to empathise and listen actively to customers’ needs
