The Role:
My client is a well-established organisation with a modern contact centre in central Bristol. They are currently seeking Team Leaders to directly manage, develop through quality monitoring and coaching, motivate and organise, to efficiently and effectively achieve company and account objectives. You will also be required to monitor and adhere to quality standards at all times and be dedicated, service orientated and capable of displaying calmness under pressure to perform in this role.

The Selection Criteria
Experience:
·Previous hands on and established Team Leader experience of successfully leading, motivating and coaching a team ideally within a call centre environment although not essential
·Experience of working within a contact centre organisation preferable
·Consistent proven experience of performance and quality management
·Operational understanding of business requirements and good commercial awareness
Qualifications
·Good general education with high level passes at GCSE or equivalent

·Strong customer focus
·Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to lead/motivate a team
