Job Description

  • Answering calls from existing and potential customers
  • Dealing with queries
  • Processing requests
  • Listening to and logging complaints
  • Recording all information on the database
  • Working to targets around call times and customer satisfaction


Skills and Attributes
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • A can-do attitude
  • IT skills


Details and Benefits

Hours - 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (shifts are 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm)
