About Our Client
Our client is an established leader in a technical field and are seeking an Administrator to join their busy Bedfordshire office. The successful candidate will have a strong background within administration and have previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer enquiries through to resolution whilst carrying out all administrative tasks
Manage the day to day very busy administrative processes required of this role to ensure accuracy and professional outcomes
Confident in using various systems to ensure all work carried out correctly, accurately and within deadlines
Communicating effectively and clearly at all levels
Possess a flexible approach to your workload by being able to support other departments
Have proven ability in showing initiative to your workload and forward thinking in your planning

Preferred Skills:

Ideally SAP knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential
Confident letter writing skills
Ability to work on own initiative whilst remembering team’s objectives
Experience of working in a large team in a busy environment where multi tasking is essential

Professional, confident and assertive manner
Quick learner and the ability to multi-task
