Our client, a worldwide household name is looking for a Reservations Administrator to work from their offices on the outskirts of Windsor to cover maternity leave.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Reservations Administrator, you will be:
  • Setting up and inputting rates on to the inhouse system

  • Assisting with the delivery of market research and producing regular reports

  • Database analysis and customer profiling

  • Providing regular reports on business performance and trends

  • Assist with the development of forecasting and reporting models


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within Hotel Reservations

  • Attention to detail & well organised

  • Proficient with MS Office & Micros Fidelio/Opera

  • Ability to work under pressure
