Job Responsibilities:
As a customer service coordinator, you will be:
- Processing product returns requests
- Processing license change requests
- Ensure phone service levels are met
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer services is essential
- You will need an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent knowledge of word and excel, with a keen eye for detail

- You must be able to use initiative and work under minimal supervision
