About Our Client
Our client a market leader in the Leisure and Hospitality industry is seeking a motivated and professional sales and events co-ordinator to join a newly created team.
The business is developing new and innovative events and promotions and offers the candidates a real chance to implement ideas and progress quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers to create a warm and hospitable environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals
Providing sales aftercare and follow up calls to all visitors
Developing and implementing functions and events
Managing any customer complaints
Communicating marketing promotions to all staff
Selling the experience packages and increasing the number of poker registrations and restaurant covers
Manage the sales function to develop the customer database
Networking
Generating and following up leads
Increasing new members
Creating implementing innovative approaches to generating new members
Turning leads into active and repeat business
Preferred Skills:
Proven track record in face to face sales or telesales
Can demonstrate knowledge of lead generation
Ability to understand and achieve KPIs
Background / Experience:
Sales ideally from the Leisure and Hospitality Industry
Personal Attributes:
Presentable, professional appearance
Very customer orientated and approachable
