A thriving, efficient manufacturing company based in the heart of Bradford centre are looking for a European customer Service Executive to join their fast paced Service department. Working in a friendly, lively and motivated team, the role offers a busy and challenging day with the opportunity to utilise your language skills within an office based position.

To apply it is essential you have excellent knowledge of the French, German and English languages

We are looking for a candidate with great initiative and drive to take autonomy of their own customers and grow business. There is no cold calling within this role, you are generating increased business with existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

n Providing the first line of contact within the Customer Service Team to French and German customers.
n Actively promoting the sales of the range of service products, including billable service work to our customers.
n Processing all French and German part enquiries and orders along with pro-actively selling parts.
n Cross-selling the complete range of service products
n Providing all sales administrative support for French and German customers
n Working in conjunction with the European equipment Sales team.
n Process all part orders and enquiries accurately and quickly for French and German customers.
n Targeting existing customers who do not already have service contracts as well as new customers to promote the benefits of a service contract, generating quotations which will result in new sales
n To maintain the existing contract customer database, raising renewal quotations and processing orders as required
n Promoting various training courses to the existing customer base.
n Take full responsibility for the smooth running of the training course, liaising with all departments required.
n To support all department colleagues in their role when they are absent


Preferred Skills:

  • Fluency in French German and English is essential

  • Previous experience is engineering or manufacturing would be a significant advantage

  • Strong customer service or sales experience is essential, along with an ability to demonstrate true people skills

  • Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • English and Maths at GCSE standard or equivalent
