Our client is a well established company based in Sandy and they are seeking an Administrator who is looking for their next move up from their first job as well as an opportunity to join a highly successful and forward thinking company!

Job Responsibilities:
As an Administrator
- Ensure all product line sale orders are keyed accurately
- Administer purchase orders with relevant suppliers
- Answer all incoming calls
- Ensure all paperwork and filing is kept up to date
- Provide administrative support to the farm inputs team
- Maintain distribution lists, supplier records and training records
- Liaise both internally & externally to resolve issue
- Attend meetings as required, taking and producing minutes
- Complete photocopying and scanning tasks as required
- Draft power point presentations
- Answer any queries from internal & external sources.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent IT skills, including Ms Word, Power point and Excel
- Ability to handle telephone calls proficiently
- Proven attention to details
- Effective written and oral communications skills

- Demonstrates the ability to achieve beyond what is expected.
- Ability to work as part of a team
