Customer Service Advisors required for a 4-6 month Temporary role with a strong possibility of going Permanent there after. Within this role you will be handling inbound calls and providing full-time support for my clients busy Ipswich based Call Centre.

Shifts are either working early 7am-3pm, or late shifts 3pm-11pm, working 5 days per week between Monday - Sunday (with every third weekend off).

The successful applicants will be joining an award-winning customer service team who are dedicated to providing the right level of support to their customers.


The Role:

  • Act as first point of contact for customers with supply fault.

  • Deliver excellent Customer Service.

  • Communicate well with colleagues for resolution.






Preferred Skills

The Individual:
  • Previous customer service experience essential

  • Good level of PC literacy, with the ability to learn and use a variety of systems.

  • Professional and confident telephone manner.

  • Self-motivated, with a good drive to succeed.

  • Ability to build good working relationships with other staff and other teams.


Skills required:

  • Strong systems skills in Word, Excel and data entry.

  • Good customer service.

  • Good communication, verbal and written.
