how to apply
The process is simple. If you see a job which interests you, send your CV to randstad.careers@randstad.co.uk. You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire. After screening, you may be invited to have a telephone interview with a member of Randstad’s resourcing team. This is designed to enable Randstad to learn about you, your personality, your experience, your transferrable skills, and your goals and ambitions.
If the outcome of this interview is successful, you’ll complete online skills assessments prior to a face-to-face interview with a branch manager. Success at this stage leads to further online assessments before a second and final interview. It’s a long process. But that’s for a reason: Randstad needs to be right for you, and you need to be right for Randstad.
